For Cancellations, please contact us at
1-800-561-4667 by 5p.m. two days prior to your schedules arrival to cancel reservations made by phone.  Reservations not canceled by 5p.m. local time two days prior to scheduled arrival date will be subject to charged for one night's stay on weeknights and two night's stay minimum on weekends.

Privacy Policy

Colonial Inn Moncton will not disclose personal information to anyone other than the name of the person the reservation is book under.
* Prices shown may be subject to service, tax and other charges
* Credit Card is the only method to guarantee your room. Credit Card must match the guest registration card upon check in.
*Costs of product or services are quoted in the applicable local currency.
*Special room requests indicated on your booking may be subject to availability and additional costs and are not guaranteed until check-in.
* The supplier will use reasonable endeavors to provide you with the services the subject specified in your booking.  The supplier may need to change the details of your booking or substitute other services for your booking without giving reasons. In such cases, the supplier will use reasonable endeavors to notify you of any changes.
*If there is any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform the supplier as soon as possible.  While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate any such requests, we cannot guarantee that such requests can or will be met.
