To cancel your reservation please contact us
at 1-800-561-4667 by 5:00pm two days prior
to your arrival. Failure to do so will result in a
charge of one night's stay on weeknights and
two night's stay on weekends.

Privacy Policy

Colonial Inn Moncton will not disclose
personal information to anyone other than
the name of the person that the reservation
is booked under.

The credit card number must match the guest
resgistration card upon check-in.

*The supplier will use reasonable endeavors to provide you with the services the subject specified in your booking. The supplier may need to change the details of your booking or substitute other services for your booking without giving reasons. In such cases the supplier will use reasonable endeavors to notify you of any changes.

*If there any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform the Colonial Inn Moncton as soon as possible. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate any such requests, we cannot guarantee that these requests will be met.
